Three-phase asynchronous motors have a lot of features, such as low speed, high torque, strong overload capacity, fast response, good linearity characteristics, small torque fluctuation etc.
Torque motors are mounted in the rear end cap with a separate axial or centrifugal fans for forced air cooling. Torque motors are outfitted with torque motor controller to adjust the operating voltage and rotation speed, the speed range is up to 1:4, the rotation speed variation rate is ≤10%.
Characteristics of the motors makes it suitable for winding, unwinding, stall and speed adjusting and other occasions and uses. It is widely used in textiles, wire and cable, cable reels, metal processing, paper, rubber, plastics and printing machinery and other industrial areas, where need the product to be wound on reel (disk).
3-PHASE TORQUE MOTOR-The diameter of the winding increases from the beginning to the end, in order to maintain a uniform tension by rolls (i.e. constant linear velocity), requires reel speed to be decreased and the winding force to be increased. The diameter of the reel is getting bigger during the winding of the product, it is very important to keep a constant tension force on the product throughout the whole process. If the tension force is too big, the wire will be too much thin or even broken, or causing uneven thickness of the product, while too small winding tension can cause relaxation. 力矩電機(jī)廠家
In order to maintain the constant tension during winding process, the output torque of the motor has to be increased while the diameter of the reel is getting bigger, and at the same time to slow down the rotation speed of the motor in order to keep a constant line speed for the winding product. Mechanical properties of the torque motor just meet this requirement.
3-PHASE TORQUE MOTOR-In industrial production, sometimes we need to deliver the products, which are wound on the drum, to the next step. In the delivery process, another tension should be given on the product, which has an opposite direction to the driving direction. Meanwhile requirements, with changes in tube diameter, keep a constant line speed and reverse tension on the product, this requires constant output power of the motor with braking characteristics.
